Roles & Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls and emails from customers to address general queries, issues, or complaints. Providing information about products, services, or account status. Recording all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (10+2) or Any Bachelor’s Degree. Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and working knowledge of English required.
Salary (Annual): ₹1.6 Lakhs – ₹2.8 Lakhs (₹13,000 – ₹23,000 per month) + bonuses.
